Qbix Centre grew out of a building Rocky Davidson originally constructed for his accounting firm in north Macon. With more space than the firm needed, he occasionally leased portions to other professionals — and found there was real demand for flexible, quality workspace in the area.
Over time he built out an additional 2,000 square feet, and after a long-term tenant’s lease ran its course, that space joined the mix as well. In 2024 Rocky sold his accounting practice — and the firm’s new owners are now among Qbix Centre’s members.
In semi-retirement he runs the 7,000 square foot facility full time as a professional coworking space, bringing the same standards he applied to his own firm to every office in the building.
